I Miss My Orange Kitty :(

It's now been 2 years since Alex lost his battle with cancer. I've never had a cat that could get into so much trouble, actually I think if you put all my cats together, they never got in as much trouble as Alex did all by his lonesome. There was no end to his curiosity.
Here's a sample:
• Ate his way out of the box on the way home from the shelter.
• My husband & I argued for months about the sock drawer being left open (he would complain that I left it open and I would complain that he left it open) come to find out Alex was opening the drawer.
• Locked himself in a trunk (not a car) for the whole day.
• Locked himself in a drawer for the whole day.
• Punctured both of his eyes a month apart from each other, had to be rushed to Tufts each time for emergency surgery, and then months of medication. (did I mention he was an indoor cat)
• Almost every night he would get himself stuck under my dresser and my husband would have to get up in the middle of the night and lift it up for him to get out.
• He dragged his toys around all night while meowing this insanely loud meow. We woke up most mornings with his toys in our bed.
There are so many other things if i wrote them done, I'd be here all day. So today's blog is in honor of my orange kitty.
